Operations and governance leader with 4+ years across DAO governance, contributor programs, technical content, and on-chain analytics in decentralized AI and DeSci. Designed the workgroup-led contribution and reward structure for SingularityNET's Ambassador Program, founding its Writers Workgroup and Marketing Guild and compensating 100+ contributors, published 100+ technical articles across six Web3 ecosystems, and currently building QBio Academy, Quantum Biology DAO's education platform. I turn distributed, volunteer-heavy communities into structured operations: clear roles, repeatable processes, measurable output.
