In short

The web dashboard at nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/community shows every community feature as a card to switch on, configure and watch usage, and lets owners add admins and moderators to a team.

Everything in the community suite can be managed by talking to Nova — and now also from a web control room: nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/community. One page shows every feature for your server/group as a card: flip it on or off, edit every setting in a form, and watch live usage against your plan's budgets.

Getting in

  1. Go to nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/community and sign in (Discord, Telegram, Google, or your Stacks wallet).
  1. Your communities appear automatically if you've ever set up a community feature in chat (e.g. "@Nova enable Guardian") — the admin who set it up owns it on the web too.
  2. Starting from zero? The page walks you through it: create a community, get a short-lived activation code, and paste the command the page gives you (@NovaBot activate YOUR-CODE on Discord, @NovaAITheBot activate YOUR-CODE on Telegram) in the server or group you admin. That in-chat step is how you prove you're an admin there — the website can't know that on its own.

Own several communities? A picker at the top switches between them. A community that spans both Discord and Telegram shows platform tabs inside each card. Most settings are shared between the two: saving on either tab updates both, and the card's Same settings on Discord and Telegram switch keeps them separate instead. Channels, topics, roles and one-platform options always stay per tab. See shared or separate.

What you'll see

The header

  • Your community's name and its FREE / PRO badge, with an upgrade button on Free.
  • The servers/groups the community is linked to.
  • AI usage meter: how much of your plan's monthly AI allowance you have used, from 0% to 100%.

The feature cards

Cards are grouped the way the suite is organized:

GroupCards
Nova SoulCustom bot name & persona (PRO)
Nova ChatPooled member allowance + catch-up (PRO, automatic)
Nova GuardianAnti-scam shield — mode, mod channel, auto-moderation, thresholds, allowlist
Nova HarborWelcomes & onboarding · Community Roles: role rules (holdings, levels, verified wallets), members per role, re-sync, the roles button (Discord)
Nova OrbitAscend (XP & leaderboards) · Pulse (incl. the Concierge auto-answer toggle) · Play · GM · Snacks · Ops (AI drafts, language moderation, scheduled messages, X drafts) · Knowledge · Relay (live pinned message or daily post: rhythm, period, places, look, channels left out) (PRO) · Warp (the Discord channel or Telegram topic linked into one chat) (PRO)
Nova QuasarFlares: automatic milestone posts (channel, daily limit, AI line, footer note)
Nova AlertsA pointer to the Alerts Hub on your Dashboard, where per-system alert subscriptions live

Delete community data. At the bottom of the page the owner (not admins or moderators) can permanently delete everything Nova stores for the community: every feature's settings, member XP and activity records, moderation records, the knowledge base, buffered messages, the team and the community itself. You type the community's name to confirm. It cannot be undone, an active plan is not refunded, and payment references are kept for accounting. Members delete their own personal data by asking Nova "delete my data".

Expand any card to get:

  • On/off switch — enabling runs the same setup the chat flow does (Guardian arms auto-moderation by default, Pulse asks for a mod channel, Games/Snacks ask for a target channel).
  • Every setting as a form field — hours and timezones, cadences, thresholds, channels, toggles, custom instructions. Fields are validated the same way Nova validates them in chat.
  • PRO fields — marked with a PRO chip. On the Free tier they're locked with an upgrade pointer instead of failing silently.
  • Free vs Community PRO caps — small chips showing each budget on both tiers (e.g. AI scans/day: 20 free · 500 PRO).
  • Live usage bars — today's/this week's spend against the budget: Guardian AI scans, language-mod AI checks, AI games, Pulse question scans & auto-answers, GM web searches, Knowledge imports, Ops drafts, and the Nova Chat pool (daily + monthly).

Some cards are informational. Nova Chat and catch-up work automatically on PRO (nothing to configure), Ascend's channels live on the Play card (shared settings), and Knowledge is content, not settings — you feed it in chat ("@Nova add this to the knowledge base") and the card shows your caps and import budget.

Moderator pings & plan management

Two more cards live here:

  • Moderator Alerts — choose who gets @pinged when a Guardian scam, language violation, or unanswered question fires.
  • Community plan — where your paid plan is active, activation codes for the platform you haven't covered yet, and Unlink to move the plan to a different server/group.

Your team

One person no longer has to run the dashboard alone. The Team card lets a community's owner and admins give other people access to the same page.

Seats: 3 on Free, 10 on Community PRO. The owner, each member and each pending invite take one seat. If a community drops back to Free above the cap, nobody is removed; you just can't add more.

Two ways to add someone:

  1. Invite link — press Invite, pick a role and send the link. It is single-use (one link per person), expires after 7 days and is shown only when you create it. The person signs in (any method) and joins. The Team card lists each link as not used yet, used (and by whom), revoked or expired.
  2. Add from your server or group admins — the card lists the people who already administer your linked Discord server or Telegram group. One click adds them, and Nova messages them when it can. Their access starts when they sign in to Nova with that Discord or Telegram account.

A shared community shows up in the picker with the role beside its name. Anyone can leave a team from their own row, and every change made from the dashboard is listed under Show recent activity with who made it.

Prefer talking? Everything on this page has a chat equivalent — "@Nova guardian status". The web panel is the overview; the conversation is the shortcut.
